Graduated compression greatly improves the blood circulation and prevents varicose veins, pain and swelling of the legs and feet. Can also be worn as a bulk-free full length underwear under trousers or sport wear. Anatomically sewn front panel for maximum comfort, wide comfort waistband, reinforced toe and brief for durability, reciprocated heel, flat seams, semi-opaque. These are strictly men's tights designed for the male body. 10 mmHg at the ankle. 70 denier. Made in Czech Republic. XXL has added back panel.
